By booking an appointment at our salon, clients agree to our general cancellation policy as well as the individual cancellation policies of the stylist they are booking with. If a client cancels or reschedules an appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, a cancellation fee may apply. Additionally, if the same appointment is canceled or rescheduled three times, fees may apply. 

 

Each stylist may have their own specific cancellation policies, which will be clearly communicated at the time of booking. The salon is not responsible for the policies or fees of individual stylists. Payment for services is due at the time of service. By booking, clients acknowledge and accept these terms and the policies set by their chosen stylist.
